Dr. Bassok comes to Greenfield from the Washington State Transportation Center where he led development of models to increase the efficiency of transportation within Seattle and King County. Prior to that he was at the University of Washington and the Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies where he modernized the center’s data storage, curation and analytical tools. As the principal data scientist at Greenfield, Dr. Bassok will lead the Labs@Greenfield in developing and compiling large amounts of information into a usable format for researchers, statisticians, and analysts inside and outside of the company.
Dr. Bassok will continue to drive development of Greenfield’s Automated Valuation Models, real estate valuation tools that have aided a variety of clients all over the country in need of expert analysis of home values.
