Ah, spring… many of us are rejoicing at the increasing daylight, warmer temperatures, and burst of leaves and flowers. You may have noticed that our blog has been livelier lately, too. That’s partly because of recent developments with some of the projects we’ve been working on, which we hope to be able to tell you about soon. But it is also partly because we have some new staff members that we would like to introduce.

If you call or visit our Seattle office, you will likely encounter our new Executive Assistant, Stephanie McMillian. Stephanie has worked in an administrative capacity for over 10 years in fields ranging from finance to publishing and has also worked as an analyst in finance and transportation. We’re excited to have Stephanie helping us to keep our office running efficiently.

Also recently joining our Seattle office is Associate Analyst, Daniel Tetrick. Dan has a background in behavioral neuroscience, cognitive science, and educational psychology. He is a proficient statistical programmer in R, experienced using analytic tools such as SPSS, and has worked as a survey field crew chief using state-of-the-art land surveying tools.

Finally, we hope you’ll extend a warm welcome to our new Media Relations Coordinator, Joe Schulman. Joe has a background in journalism and more than 12 years’ experience in the media and marketing fields. Before joining Greenfield’s Atlanta-area office, Joe was the director of marketing at Tellus Science Museum in Cartersville, Georgia.

Now that we have more personnel in the Atlanta area, we are proud to announce that we will soon be opening a new East Coast office in Cartersville, Georgia. The new office, located just north of Atlanta, will be led by our Director of Economic Research, Dr. Cliff Lipscomb. This new location will offer greater accessibility to our clients on the East Coast. We’ll tell you more about this new office as we get closer to the opening date.
