It’s been a busy summer. Greenfield Advisors expanded both the East Coast and West Coast offices with several new hires to keep up with our expanding services and increased client list, three employees received promotions, and our Director of Economic Research won an award for a recent paper.

Dr. Clifford Lipscomb and his co-author Dr. Andy Krause were awarded a manuscript prize in Real Estate Education by the American Real Estate Society (ARES) for their paper, “A Primer on Real Estate Data Cleaning Techniques: Lessons from the Trenches.” The paper was presented at the ARES 31st Annual Meeting held this past April in Fort Myers, Florida. We will post more once the paper is published in a peer-reviewed journal.
