As such, any non-public financial information from an institution or client received in the course of performing an assignment will be treated as confidential, privileged information. We follow a policy of ‘informed consent:’

In working with our company the client may provide information by which others may identify the client (hereinafter “Personal Information”). Greenfield Advisors and our subcontractors or service providers may use this information in the course of the assignment.

However, Greenfield Advisors will never intentionally provide any Personal Information to other companies or individuals without your express permission to do so. We will notify the client at the time of such data collection or transfer if the Personal Information is to be shared with a third party and the client will always have the option of not permitting such sharing.

The information contained in our email messages is confidential intended only for the use of the individual or entity named as a recipient. If the reader of the message is not the intended recipient, or the employee or agent responsible to deliver it to the intended recipient, you are hereby notified that any dissemination, distribution or copying of this communication is strictly prohibited. If you have received a communication in error, please immediately notify the sender and destroy the original message.

Additionally, we may contact clients outside of the scope of their project via our newsletter, “Greenfield Advisors” which is sent out via a mailing list. Any request to be unsubscribed to that mailing list is promptly carried out. The data for that list is kept confidential and cannot be accessed through the Internet.
